View RCCP error
I am getting the below error message while trying to view the RCCP
An error has occurred while invoking the CRP Inquiry manager with the following error message:
CONC-TM-NO MANAGER DEFINED (APPLICATION=CRP)
(PROGRAM=CYCQCP) (RESP_ID=50662) (RESP_APPL_ID=705)

CRP Inquiry Manager might not
CRP Inquiry Manager might not be active. Check the status in administer concurrent managers window Sysadmin -> Manage Concurrent Managers -> Administer If the manager does not appear /not active/actual column is zero then do the following steps 1. Navigate to Manage Concurrent Managers -> Define Query CRP Inquiry Manager 2. Enable the Manager and click on work shifts 3. Enter 2 in processes Column. Save the form. 4. Re query the manager in Manage Concurrent Managers -> Administer Activate it now.
